All online orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Peruviana. Once an order is received, you will be notified via email or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order due to unavailability of items, incorrect pricing, or other unforeseen issues.

2. Delivery & Pickup
We offer delivery through our in-house system and third-party providers (e.g., DoorDash Drive). Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled time.

3. Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 5 minutes of placement. After this window, we begin preparation and cannot guarantee changes or refunds.

4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours. We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

6. Pricing & Payment
